Do you do custom designs?
Yes, we do custom designs! We're constantly expanding our available models, but if you want something unique, simply purchase the " Custom Keychain " or the " Custom Keychain (Carbon fiber look) " product and we'll contact you to gather the image or necessary information.
What materials are used in keychains?
We use two different types of materials for our keychains, depending on the model chosen:
The most affordable model is made of PLA (polylactic acid), a durable and eco-friendly material, and is 3D printed. It's a lightweight and affordable option, ideal for those looking for an attractive design at a lower price.
The premium model is made from 304 stainless steel, using laser engraving, ensuring durability, elegance and a high-quality finish.
Both options maintain our commitment to detail and passion for the automotive world.
Where can I track my order?
Tracking your order is simple. After shipping, we send you a confirmation email with the tracking code. With this code, you can check the delivery status directly on the CTT website. If you can't find the email, we suggest checking your spam or junk mail folder.
If you're unsure where to track your order, you can do so directly through the customer area on our website. After logging in, go to the "Track Order" section, where you'll find the tracking link.
(Only "Express" shipping offers tracking.)
How long does it take for an order to arrive with Standard (free) shipping?
The average delivery time is approximately 5 business days after the order is shipped to Portugal. However, this timeframe is merely indicative and may vary depending on location and shipping conditions. For the Azores and Madeira, delivery may take slightly longer due to potential logistical limitations in these regions. For Europe, the delivery time is approximately 5 business days, and for the rest of the world, the delivery time is approximately 7 business days. This is the indicative delivery time and does not include customs clearance time, if necessary.
What is the difference between the shipping options to Portugal?
We offer three shipping methods, all handled by CTT (Portuguese postal service), to ensure you choose the option that best suits your needs:
• Standard Shipping (Free)
Service offered by our store. Delivery takes approximately 5 business days and does not include a tracking number, making it impossible to track the order's progress.
• Fast Shipping (€5.99)
Delivery takes approximately 1 business day and does not include a tracking number, making it impossible to track the order's progress.
• Express Shipping (€12.99)
Priority delivery option, with an estimated delivery time of 1 business day. This service includes full tracking, allowing you to follow the order at each stage of shipping. Ideal for those who need faster and monitored delivery.
I still haven't received my Standard shipping order. What should I do?

Since Standard shipping doesn't include tracking and is a service offered by us, slight variations in delivery time are possible.
If your order hasn't arrived yet, please contact us via Instagram or email so we can check the situation and provide immediate assistance.
