Revzou, through the material used in the production of its products, aims to offer a product that is safe not only for customers but also for the environment. This material is PLA (Polylactic Acid). As mentioned in the product descriptions, PLA is a compostable and biodegradable plastic, produced from renewable sources such as corn starch, sugarcane, beet, or potato. PLA degrades in the environment within 6 months to 2 years. This plastic features mechanical properties such as high elastic modulus, rigidity, transparency, thermoplastic behavior, biocompatibility, and good moldability.
At Revzou, besides producing them, our products are also designed and developed by us, ensuring that each design carries an original and personal touch. Custom products are also carefully planned and created based on the customer’s request, with attention to detail. To create the product design, software is used to translate the idea into a 2D sketch, which is later converted into a 3D model.
